Todd McArthur is the Associate Pastor and Worship Leader at Starting Grounds. Todd was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest and graduated from Northwest Nazarene University in 2005 with a degree in Theology and Worship Leadership. Todd has served at two churches in Nampa, Idaho as a Worship Leader and most recently served as an Admissions Counselor at NNU.  Todd has been fortunate to lead worship with a variety of talented musicians in a variety of settings around the world and across the Northwest.  Todd and his wife Tara were married in December 2009 and live in a cozy little cottage on Salmon Creek.  Todd loves to travel and has been to London, Germany, France, Switzerland, Austria, India, Venezuela, Mexico and Singapore but still thinks that there is no place like the PNW.
