Local Schools.

We have partnered with Tukes Valley Schools and are open to working alongside all who are mutually committed to improving the lives of the children of Battle Ground. Through the grace of God, we have previously assisted with providing Thanksgiving food boxes to families in need at Tukes Valley MS.

 

Trunk-or-Treat.

We have hosted a community Trunk-or-Treat Halloween event in our parking lot each year since 2020. We enjoy interacting with young families and providing allergy and medical-safe non food items to support the Teal Pumpkin Project.

Harvest Days Parade.

Starting Grounds is proud to support our community Harvest Days Parade by providing free parking, bottled water & coffee in our parking lot and opening our doors for free restroom use during the parade.  A simple act of kindness for the church and a big impact for busy parade goers who have no access to restrooms and limited parking.
